Standard Hot Tub & Swim Spa Repairs

For all jobs, a standard charge will be applied (£89.00). This covers the first hour of my time on site.
Any other additional time on site is chargeable at £28.00 per 30 minute period.
This standard charge applies for jobs within a 25 mile radius of our Blyth business address.
There will be an additional charge of £1.50 per mile added to both legs of the journey to cover costs over 25 miles.
How long does a repair to my Hot Tub or Swim Spa take?
Some tubs have to be completely drained to repair or replace a part before re-filling and testing. This takes up additional time and equipment.
Access to the inside of your tub is important. Some tubs are sited in pits or surrounded by decking. Please note that decking removal must be completed before our visit, and our team must be given enough room to work and be able to remove items such as heavy sizeable pumps.
Any additional work on site is chargeable.
For any other swim spa or hot tub repair work that has not been discussed, please ask for a quote direct.
Customer Considerations:
Please consider the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself, other people and pets at the property and of course our team during our visit.
As much as we love dogs and cute pets, if we could ensure they are secured within the property throughout the duration of our time on site, or if needed outside, on a leader so they are not exposed to any harmful substances.
We require a clear route to and around where our team will be working, please try to keep children and any other vulnerable people away from the work activities and equipment for their own safety.
Please ensure that animal faeces are adequately removed before an engineer visit and the area has been disinfected.
Kindly take a little time to ensure that adequate working water and electricity sources are available for us. Test the electricity point that you want us to use and ensure that any internal taps or valves for water are turned on before I arrive, it may lead to me having to defer work and return at extra cost to you.
