Hot tub & swim spa service plans

Regular professional care, with a visit schedule agreed around your equipment, use and budget.

Usually every three months, with four-monthly or twice-yearly arrangements available by agreement. Each visit is a combination of technical inspection and testing tasks spread across your service plan visits. On every visit we will complete a pipe flush, drain down and finish off with a deep clean and disinfection of the shell.

Covering Northumberland, the North East and Scottish Borders.

Regular visits without a one-size-fits-all package

Talk to us about the right arrangement for your hot tub or swim spa. Visit frequency and scope are agreed in your written proposal.

Usual arrangement

Every three months

A quarterly schedule is the usual starting point for ongoing refresh visits and planned technical checks.

An alternative to discuss

Every four months

Ask about an arrangement tailored to your equipment and budget, with visits every four months.

By agreement

Twice a year

Twice-yearly visits may be arranged. Discuss your use and care routine so the scope is clear.

Professional visits complement your own water care and equipment maintenance. A less frequent visit schedule does not mean leaving water or filters unattended between appointments; follow the guidance for your equipment and usage.

What happens during a visit?

A refresh, with ongoing attention to the equipment

Your plan brings practical cleaning and technical care together. The exact work is confirmed in your proposal.

Fittings & furnishings

Jammed and sticking diverter controls and other fittings can be dismantled and attention given to restoring operation where possible. Any repairs and additional costs are discussed.

Technical checks over the plan

Elements of annual servicing are spread across visits: electrical checks, plumbing inspections, mechanical wear checks and topside or spa pack settings.

Advice while you are there

When you are present, up to 15 minutes of refresher training and practical advice is offered.

Flush, drain & deep clean

Water flushed and drained down, with the shell and jets deep cleaned and disinfected.

Filters & headrests

Filter cleaning, plus headrest inspection and cleaning. Replacement filters are supplied by the customer if needed; We can advise on part numbers and where to buy.

Cover care

Cover cleaning and UV protection, weather permitting.

A complete standalone annual service is not repeated at every plan visit. The relevant technical work is distributed across the agreed service intervals.

Clear inclusions

Know what your quote covers

The agreed service work and chemicals used during service visits are included in the plan price.

Your quote reflects the equipment, location and expected chemical use. Additional travel and fuel costs are discussed with you.

Items outside the service price

Replacement items & repairs

  • New filters: customer-supplied when required.
  • Replacement seals and gaskets: additional cost.
  • UV sanitation bulbs: excluded, as prices and availability vary.
  • Between-visit chemicals: purchased by the customer.
  • Repairs: reported with estimated parts and labour costs.

No fixed plan price is advertised because equipment and requirements vary.

Payment & flexibility

Agree the arrangements before you start

You receive a written service-plan proposal explaining the work and benefits before agreeing to proceed.

Payment is agreed individually. Most customers choose to pay after each completed service visit; a plan does not require monthly payments.

If circumstances change

Talk to us

We do not hold customers to completing the proposed plan duration if they cannot continue. Please let us know if your circumstances change so we can discuss the arrangements with you.

Speak to us about changes and check the arrangements in your proposal.
