Hot tub & swim spa service plans
Keep professional care on the calendar with a personalised plan. Visits are usually every three months, with four-monthly or twice-yearly arrangements available by agreement.
Your plan brings technical expertise to your equipment’s ongoing care. Elements of the annual service are carried out across the agreed visits, alongside system flushing, water changes and cleaning.
- Electrical checks, plumbing inspections and mechanical wear checks distributed across visits.
- Topside controls and spa pack settings checked as part of the agreed technical scope.
- System flush and drain-down; shell and jets deep cleaned and disinfected.
- Headrests inspected and cleaned; filters cleaned.
- Cover cleaned and protected, weather permitting.
- Up to 15 minutes of owner/user advice when you are present.
Clear scope and flexible arrangements
Your quote is based on the equipment, location and expected chemical use. Service chemicals are included; replacement filters, seals, gaskets, UV bulbs and repairs cost extra. Your between-visit chemicals are your responsibility.
Payment arrangements are agreed with you. Most customers pay after each completed visit. Any additional travel costs are discussed.
You receive a written proposal before agreeing to the work. If your circumstances change and you cannot continue, speak to us about your plan.
Send your postcode, make, model and preferred visit frequency. Air Source Heat pump servicing is separate from these hot tub and swim spa plans.

Air source heat pump supply & installation
Explore an air source heat pump for your hot tub, swim spa or pool. Start with a conversation about your equipment, available space and how you use it.
We will discuss model suitability and installation requirements before you choose. Ask about available options and a quote for your setup.

Your questions answered
How often should I have my hot tub serviced?
We recommend an annual service as a minimum, alongside regular water care and maintenance in line with your equipment’s instructions and how it is used.
Many customers also ask us to take care of their three-monthly system flushes, water changes and cleaning. A service plan can combine these visits with technical checks spread across the agreed schedule.
We’ll discuss your equipment, how you use it and your budget to agree a practical, affordable plan. Visits are usually every three months, with four-monthly or twice-yearly arrangements available where appropriate.
Is a full annual service carried out at every plan visit?
No. Elements of annual technical checks are spread across the agreed service intervals, alongside refresh work at each visit. Your written proposal explains the scope.
What is included in the plan price?
The agreed visit work and service chemicals are included. Replacement filters, seals, gaskets, UV bulbs and repairs cost extra. Chemicals you use between visits are not supplied. Travel costs are discussed when quoting.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. Payment arrangements are agreed individually, and most customers pay after each completed visit. Quotes reflect the equipment, location and expected chemical use.
What if I can no longer afford my plan?
Talk to us if your circumstances change. We would rather discuss stopping the arrangement than have you struggle with payments. Your written proposal sets out the agreed work and arrangements.
Are air source heat pumps included in the service plan?
No. These plans cover hot tubs and swim spas. Air source heat pump servicing is a separate task.
Can you install an air source heat pump for my existing equipment?
Contact us with the make, model and photographs of your setup to discuss suitability, available models and installation requirements.
What information should I send with a repair enquiry?
Please include your postcode, the hot tub or swim spa make and model, a description of the fault and any error codes. Photographs of the equipment and access can also help.
Do you service swim spas as well as hot tubs?
Yes. We provide hot tub and swim spa repairs and maintenance. Larger equipment may need a tailored quote, so contact us with your equipment details.
Can you prepare my hot tub for winter?
Yes. We offer winter shutdown and spring start-up services. Read about seasonal maintenance or contact us to arrange a visit.
What should I prepare before an engineer visits?
We need suitable access to the equipment and working water and electricity supplies. Let us know about decking, restricted access or a recessed installation when booking. Our service pages explain the preparation required.
Do you work with commercial sites?
Yes. For commercial sites or multiple units, use our contact page and include the number of tubs, site location and the work required.
How do you keep your work safe?
We take a safe and caring approach to every job, no matter how big or small. Before starting work, we evaluate the risks and plan the appropriate safety measures for your home or commercial site.
What qualifications do your engineers hold?
Our engineers are Certified Hot Tub Technicians (CHTT) through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. We also have NEBOSH/IOSH-qualified health and safety expertise within the business.
Do you carry out a risk assessment before working?
Yes. We undertake a risk assessment of the environment, equipment and methods of our work activities to identify potential hazards and put measures in place to protect you, other people on site and our team.
Do you follow UK legislation and industry safety practices?
Yes. Compliance with applicable UK legislation and the implementation of safe industry working practices are priorities whenever we visit your home or site.
Ready for a service plan or air source heat pump installation?
Tell us your postcode and equipment details to discuss ongoing care or an air source heat pump installation. Repairs and standalone services are welcome too.
